This Journal came together after a fast I participated in with my family. I needed a creative study that I could use personally while being hounded (lovingly) by my mother and husband to put my creative abilities to work. During this fast and my search for a study template I liked, God spoke to me and said, “ YOU can create that.”

So I did. I pulled out my tablet and got to work, each day being led by the Lord on what I should include. After one week, I had a 100+ page booklet with three different versions of this journal.

I didn’t question God. I didn’t hesitate with the creative process. I did what God said Icould with the talents he gifted me.

My prayer for the person reading this and utilizing this journal is that it allows you to prioritize your personal connection with Jesus. That you don’t just look at it as another task or check on your to-do list. But this journal will inspire you to dig deeper, hold yourself accountable, and develop a consistent want to know the Father.

The land of milk and honey was mentioned throughout the Bible as a desirable place promised to the Chosen People. It symbolizes boundless abundance, and I believe the journey to establishing a personal relationship with God is our spiritual land of milk and honey. Everything he’s promised is yours. What greater, more excellent gift is there than eternal life through him?
