Meet Jetsie
My vision is clear…
I want to be the best me. I don’t want to conform. I don’t want to lose sight of my interests. I want to be the best to ever do it by just being me and this is my story.
I was born in Madison, Wisconsin. From there, my mother, father, brother and I moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota over to Chicago, Illinois. We then moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma over to Edmond, Oklahoma. Then we moved to Dallas, Texas and to (I promise it ends soon) Knoxville, Tennessee. I then went to graduate from MTSU to FINALLY residing in Atlanta, Georgia, where I’ve been for the last almost 8 years. So many people thought I was an army brat but in reality my dad was just working his way up the Coca-Cola chain. I hated it. I hated moving and making new friends only to be taken away a couple years later. I hated starting a new school and having to start over completely.
Now as a 31 year-young woman I appreciate every move we had to make and every friend I ever made. I have friends all over simply from where I’ve lived and all the places that my parents exposed my brother and I to growing up. They wanted us to be knowledgeable of all aspects of the world and open to all different types of cultures. This has shaped who I am today and plays a major part in my art and my daily work. It’s ultimately what led me into the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion space, which I now do global work for as a Senior Manager within a major corporation.
I am married to my amazing fashion designer husband, Dom Stefon, and we have three amazing children.
All these things have allowed me to grow as a person, model, influencer, and stylist. I want everyone to dare to be different and to not be afraid to be themselves. This is my journey and I hope it inspires you to live up to your full potential and chase your dreams.
